Privacy Policy

PRIVACY POLICY:

Effective date: October 16, 2026

We are committed to protecting the privacy, accuracy and reliability of your personal information and to safeguarding it from loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure and alteration. This privacy policy explains what information Pinnacle Quant, LLC collects through pinnaclequant.com, how we use it, and who else receives it. Some information is noted automatically when you visit our website; other information is what you choose to give us, for example in a chat, a form or your client account.

Please read this privacy policy carefully. If you have any questions or comments regarding this privacy policy, please send an e-mail message to info @ PinnacleQuant.com.

1) INFORMATION WE COLLECT AND HOW WE USE IT

We use the information described below to answer your questions and chats, to schedule and follow up on demo and consulting requests, to email our trading results to people who asked to receive them, to understand which pages are read and how visitors find our website so we can improve it, to recognize returning visitors and clients so we can help them, to keep our website secure, and to verify software licenses.

Website Visits

When you visit pinnaclequant.com, our own website software notes your IP address, approximate location (city and region), internet provider, browser, operating system, device type and screen size, the page or link that brought you to our site (including a tag showing which ad or link you followed, when there is one), the pages you read and the time spent on each, and whether you have visited before. We may add a short note to a visitor’s record, such as a name you gave us in a chat, so we recognize you on a later visit. If you are a client and logged in, your visits can be linked to your client account. These details remain in our own database.

Live Chat

If you use the chat window on our site, the messages you write, and the name, email address and phone number you choose to enter, are used to reply to you. You can chat without giving a name. When we are not available to chat, the chat window offers a short form; messages sent through it are emailed to us.

Demo and Consulting Requests

Our demo request and consulting forms ask for your name and email address, and may also ask for your phone number, your firm, a few questions about your trading, and a preferred day and time. We use these details to schedule and hold the demo or consultation and to follow up with you. After you send a form, you receive an automatic email confirming that we received your request.

Client Accounts and Software Licenses

If you are a client, your account on our website includes your name, email address, login details and membership information. When your licensed software connects to our server to confirm your license, we note your IP address, approximate location and the time of the check. We use this only to operate the software, protect your account and prevent unauthorized use of our software.

Cookies

Our website software sets one small cookie holding a random ID. It contains no name or email address; it lets the site recognize a returning browser and connect its visits. Clients who log in also receive the standard login cookies that keep them signed in. The outside services described in Section 4 may set their own cookies.

How Long Information Remains

Visit details and chat messages are deleted from our database after 90 days. Records that include a name, email address or phone number you gave us, or a note we added, remain until you ask us to delete them. Copies of messages and form requests that are emailed to us remain in our email until we delete them. Our hosting company makes regular backups of the website, so deleted information can remain in a backup for a limited time.

2) HOW WE PROTECT PERSONAL INFORMATION

Pinnacle Quant, LLC takes reasonable measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, including network firewalls, website security software, physical security, and access policies. Our website’s security tools note the IP addresses of login attempts and of visits they block. Access to your information is limited to authorized Pinnacle Quant, LLC personnel and to the service providers described in this policy, as needed to provide their services.

3) WE DO NOT SELL YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

We do not sell your personal information. Our hosting company and our email provider handle information as needed to run our website and email, and the outside services described in Section 4 receive the information described there. We may also disclose information when the law requires it.

4) OUTSIDE SERVICES ON OUR WEBSITE AND DO NOT TRACK

We do not use third-party advertising pixels on our website, with one temporary exception: until October 23, 2026, our website carries a measurement pixel from Vibe.co, the streaming TV advertising platform we use. It tells Vibe when a household that saw our TV ad visits our site, and it sends Vibe your IP address, browser details and the pages you visit. Vibe may connect this with its own advertising data. This pixel will be removed after October 23, 2026.

Two Google services on our website also receive information:

– Google reCAPTCHA protects some of our forms, such as the client login and membership forms. It receives information such as your IP address and browser details, which is used only for security and to prevent spam and abuse.
– Some pages show embedded YouTube videos. When the video player loads, YouTube (a Google company) receives your IP address and browser details and may set its own cookies. Depending on how the player is set up and on your own Google settings, YouTube may connect this with your activity on other websites. You can read how Google uses this information here: How Google uses information from sites that use its services.

Our website does not change how it works in response to a browser’s Do Not Track signal.

5) YOUR CHOICES

To see, correct or delete the personal information we have about you, send an e-mail to info @ PinnacleQuant.com and tell us what you would like done. You can also use our website without giving a name, email address or phone number.

6) TERMS, CHANGES AND QUESTIONS

If we decide to change this privacy policy, we will post those changes here and update the effective date at the top, so that you will always know what information we gather, how we might use that information, and whether we will disclose it to anyone. We handle personal information in line with the privacy laws that apply to us. If you have any questions or comments about this policy or our use of personal information, you may send an e-mail to info @ PinnacleQuant.com.

7) CHROME BROWSER EXTENSION: PINNACLEQUANT.COM PDF MAKER

This section applies to our Chrome extension, published on the Chrome Web Store as “YouTube PDF Maker”. The website information described in Section 1 does not apply to this extension.

The extension sends nothing to us or to anyone else. It makes no network requests of any kind and has no server component.

Saved only on your own device:

– Frames you capture, together with the video title, channel name, video URL, timestamp and, where available, the transcript text for that moment. These remain in your browser until you delete them or remove the extension.
– Your settings: image format, image quality, maximum width, page size, caption options and auto-capture sensitivity.

The PDF is generated inside your browser and written directly to your downloads folder. There is no account, no login, no synchronization, no analytics and no tracking of any kind.

Permissions used and why:

– storage — saves your settings locally.
– downloads — writes the finished PDF or image to your downloads folder.
– contextMenus — adds right-click entries on YouTube pages.
– Access to youtube.com — the extension runs only on YouTube. It reads the video element to copy the current frame, and reads the page title, channel name and transcript panel to label the resulting PDF page.

The extension does not run on any other website.

To delete your data, use “Clear all” in the capture session window. Removing the extension from Chrome deletes all saved frames and settings. PDFs you already exported stay in your downloads folder until you delete them.
