Notice of Privacy Rights to California Residents

Also, please note that there is no charge for controlling the sharing of your personally identifiable information or requesting this notice.

1) USE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

Pinnacle Quant, LLC may use your personal information for two general purposes. First, we may use the information to respond to questions related to services offered on the Pinnacle Quant, LLC website. Second, we may use this information in aggregate form to help us evaluate and modify existing services, to email out our trading results to parties that have requested to received our trading results via email, and to help us develop additional services that are likely to be of interest to our clients.

Pinnacle Quant, LLC takes reasonable measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access through the use of network firewalls, physical security, and use and access policies. We safeguard customer information from unauthorized access by limiting access to such information to those employees who need it to serve you and manage your account.
